The Hotel Sofitel, located in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, holds the distinction of being the oldest hotel building in town. With a limited number of rooms, our team was entrusted with the task of expanding the hotel’s capacity to meet the growing demands of the region. This ongoing project was commissioned by the presidency of Equatorial Guinea, aiming to create a modern building that would enhance the hotel’s offerings and provide a superior experience for guests. Our design and construction team is dedicated to ensuring that the new addition seamlessly integrates with the existing structure while maintaining the hotel’s prestigious heritage.
